Season tasting menu

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

SEASONAL TASTING MENU

                                                                   

WELCOME SNACK: BRUSCHETTA

Toasted homemade bread with red pesto, topped with freshly chopped cherry tomatoes, mozzarella in Apulian extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and fresh basil.

STARTER:TARTARE DI TONNO

Sashimi Tuna tartare with olive oil. Served with sesame sauce.

INTERMEDIATE COURSE: RAVIOLI CON SCAMPI

Filled pasta with scampi, served with a light tomato sauce, garlic, scampi bisque, fresh chopped cherry tomatoes, courgette and parsley.

PALATE CLEANSER:SORBET AL LIMONE

Italian lemon sorbet.

MAIN: FILETTO AL PEPE VERDE

Grilled fillet of young Danish beef flamed in cognac and topped with a creamy green peppercorn sauce.

DESSERT: TIRAMISU ALLE FRAGOLE

A summer version with fresh strawberries and homemade limoncello.

WINE PAIRING MENU

2 Glasses 180 kr. 3 Glasses 260 kr. 4 Glasses 340 kr.

SPARKLING: Prosecco “ Settolo ” Veneto

Fresh and enticing sparkling wine with plenty of ripe pear, apple, and citrus fruit aromas.

HVID: Langhe ” Sobrero ” Piemonte

Fruity and fresh, with tones of white fruit, wild flowers, and ofte a light hint of butter or hazelnut.

RØD:  Barbera D’Alba ” Sobrero “  Piemonte

 Aromatic bouquet with notes of fresh red fruits, seasonal cherries, plums, and raspberries.

DESSERT: Passito ” Quarta ” Campania

Aromas of dried figs, dried apricots, chestnut, and honey.
