An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

STARTER: STARTER: tARTARE DI PESCE SPADA

Swordfish and pineapple tartare served with green gazpacho.

 

MAIN: FILETTO DI MAIALE AL PORTO

Slow-cooked pork fillet served on a chestnut and celeriac purèe with port sauce.

 

DESSERT: DELIZIA AL LIMONE

A classic dessert from the Amalfi Coast. Sponge cake soaked in a light syrup, filled with a smooth, tangy lemon cream, and topped with a glossy lemon glaze.

WHITE :Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi ” Moncaro ”

       

Region: Marche: Grapes: Verdicchio  Characteristics: A crisp and refreshing white wine, offering vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus and delicate white flowers

 

RED:Rosso di Montalcino ” Fanti “

           

Region:Toscana  Grapes:Sangiovese  Characteristics: Fresh and pleasantly fruity with notes of raspberry, cherry, forest floor, violet and spices.

 

DESSERT: Passito “ Quarta “

Region: Campania Grapes: Coda di volpe Characteristics: Aromas of dried fig, dehydrated apricot and chestnut, honey.
