An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

STARTER: CRESPELLE AL FORNO AI QUATTRO FORMAGGI

Crespelle with a Selection of Four Italian Cheeses

 

MAIN: STINCO DI AGNELLO ALL`ERBE

Tender lamb shank slow cooked in red wine with carrots, onion, rosemary and thyme. Served on mashed pumpkin and potatoes.

 

DESSERT: CANNOLO ALLA SICILIANA

Classic Sicilian dessert consisting of a crispy wafer filled with ricotta and candied fruit.

3 Courses: kr 495,-     3 Courses w. vin Kr 695 ,-

 

 

WHITE : Langhe “ Sobrero “        

Region: Piemonte: Grapes: Chardonnay  Characteristics: Fruity and fresh with notes of white fruit (apple, pear), wild flowers and often a light note of butter or hazelnut that can come from the wood.

 

RED: Barbera D’Alba “ Sobrero “

           

Region:Piemonte  Grapes:Barbera  Characteristics: complex aromatic bouquet,with notes of fresh red fruits, such as cherry, plum and raspberry.

 

DESSERT: Passito “ Quarta “

Region: Campania Grapes: Coda di volpe Characteristics: Aromas of dried fig, dehydrated apricot and chestnut, honey.
