Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

CREPES AL SALMONE

Homemade crepes filled with fresh salmon, leeks and creamy cheese, gratinated in the oven with tomato sauce and cream.

TAGLIATA DI MANZO

Sliced grilled sirloin steak (Sashi). Served on a bed of arugula salad, cherry tomatoes and grana Padano cheese flakes. Topped with a reduction of balsamic vinegar.

IRISH COFFEE MOUSSE

Creamy baileys, white chocolate and coffee mousse with short crust pastry.
