An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

INSALTA DI GAMBERONI E CANNELLINI

Tiger prawns marinated in olive oil, lemon and lime on a salad of cannellini beans with crisp wild fennel, shallots and freshly chopped tomatoes.

ANATRA ALL’ARANCIA

Duck breast cooked at low temperature, served with orange sauce.

PASTIERA NAPOLETANA

Homemade traditional neapolitan tart made of cooked wheat, eggs, ricotta cheese and flavoured with orange flower water. Served with vanilla ice cream.
