An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

CANNELLONI

Pasta tubes filled with ricotta cheese, spinach, grana Padano, oven-baked in tomato and cream sauce.

FILETTO DI CERVO

Grilled fillet of venison with a fruit of the forest sauce. Served with oven roasted potatoes.

PANETTONE PUDDING

Traditional Italian panettone cake with sultanas and candied fruits, baked in the oven. Served with orange flavored creme anglaise.
