An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Lamb cutlets topped with lemon, white wine, fresh mint and garlic sauce.

Sponge cake with Kermes liqueur, vanilla and chocolate crème pâtissière, topped with meringue.
