An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

STARTER: TURBANTE DI SOGLIOLA

Delicate sole fillet rolled around a smooth salmon mousse, finished with a light champagne sauce.

 

MAIN: TOURNEDOS ROSSINI

Beef tenderloin topped with foie gras (duck), and a rich truffle Madeira sauce.

 

DESSERT: PROFITEROLES

Delicate choux pastries filled with diplomat cream and topped with dark chocolate.

3 Courses: kr 495,-     3 Courses w. vin Kr 695 ,-

 

 

WHITE : Langhe “ Sobrero “        

Region: Piemonte: Grapes: Chardonnay  Characteristics: Fruity and fresh with notes of white fruit (apple, pear), wild flowers and often a light note of butter or hazelnut that can come from the wood.

 

RED: Barbera D’Alba “ Sobrero “

           

Region:Piemonte  Grapes:Barbera  Characteristics: complex aromatic bouquet,with notes of fresh red fruits, such as cherry, plum and raspberry.

 

DESSERT: Passito “ Quarta “

Region: Campania Grapes: Coda di volpe Characteristics: Aromas of dried fig, dehydrated apricot and chestnut, honey.
