Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

JUNE

STARTER

PARMA CROQUETTE

Parma ham, pecorino cheese, caramelized onions, béchamel sauce, panko, served with wild garlic mayonnaise.                                                                        

MAIN: GRIGLIATA MISTA RAVELLO

Mixed grilled with beef tenderloin, ribeye, Italian sausage, pork belly and Iberico black pork neck fillet. Served with chimichurri sauce.

DESSERT: TIRAMISU ALLE FRAGOLE

A summer version with fresh strawberries and homemade limoncello.

HVID: Langhe ” Sobrero ” Område:Piemonte: Drue: Chardonnay. Kendetegn: Frugtig og frisk med noter af hvidfrugt (æble, pære) vilde blomster og ofte en let note af smør eller hasselnød, der kan komme fra gang i træ.

RØD:  Barbera D’Alba ” Sobrero ” Område: Piemonte Drue:Barbera Kendetegn: aromatisk buket med noter af friske røde frugter, såsom kirsebær, blomme og hindbær.

DESSERTVIN: Passito Område: Campania Drue: Coda di volpe Kendetegn: Aromær af tørret figen, tørret abrikos, kastanje og honning.
