An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

TORTINO DI MELENZANE

Oven-roasted eggplant filled with a melting heart of smoked scamorza cheese. Laid over a warm cherry tomato velouté, topped with soft dollops of stracciatella cheese and a sprinkle of toasted crushed pistachios.

TERES MAJOR
Tender Teres major (beef shoulder), seared and served on a smooth Jerusalem artichoke cream, finished with a rich Marsala sauce and crunchy Jerusalem artichoke chips.

TORTA DI RICOTTA E PERE

A soft, creamy cake with a hazelnut sponge base, filled with ricotta mousse and fresh pears. A light, fragrant dessert with a delicate flavor.
