An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

STARTER: CONCHIGLIONE AMALFI

 Stuffed Gragnano pasta shell with crab meat, shrimp, and oven-gratinated zucchini.

MAIN: SALTIMBOCCA ALLA ROMANA

Veal escalope topped with Parma ham and fresh aromatic sage. Panfried in white wine and butter with a hint of garlic.

DESSERT: CHEESCAKE DI NOCCIOLE

Hazelnut cheesecake with cherry sauce.

3 Courses: kr 495,-     3 Courses w. wine: kr 695 ,-

WHITE : Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi ” Moncaro ”     
Region: Marche: Grapes: Verdicchio  Characteristics: A crisp and refreshing white wine, offering vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus and delicate white flowers.

RED: Rosso di Montalcino ” Fanti “
Region:Toscana  Grapes:Sangiovese  Characteristics: Fresh and pleasantly fruity with notes of raspberry, cherry, forest floor, violet and spices.

DESSERT: Passito  
Region: Campania Grapes: Coda di volpe Characteristics: Aromas of dried fig, dehydrated apricot and chestnut, honey.
