Velvety baby clams sautéed with onions, garlic, celery, parsley and potatoes, glazed with white wine.

FILETTO AL PORTO

Beef tenderloin from the grill. Served with port wine sauce, sautéed spinach, mashed potatoes and duck mousse.

PERA AL VINO ROSSO

Red wine glazed pear. Served with vanilla cream.
