Bisque di Scampi con Aragostine
A classic homemade bisque of langoustine shells, served with lobster tails flamed in italian brandy and topped with julienned zucchini and carrot.
Filetto di Cervo all’Abruzzese
Tender filet of stag, grilled and served with a rich sauce with grapes and blueberries, oven baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Delizia alle Pesche
Light and fluffy puff pastry dessert with rum marinated peaches, almonds and crushed amaretti. Served with a delicate peach coulis.
