CHRISTMAS MENU: November and December
Vellutata di Piselli con Trio di Mare
A trio of fish; Scallop fried in butter, giant prawn and succulent salmon, placed over a warm and delicate pea soup flavoured gently with Galliano liqueur. Topped with crispy pancetta bacon.
Filetto alla Rossini
Grilled fillet of beef with an aromatic black truffel sauce and topped with a creamy duck liver mousse. Served with seasonal greens and rustic oven baked potatoes in white wine, garlic and rosemary.
Pere al glassata al Marsala
Poached pear in Marsala wine with cinnamon and anise. Served with creamy italian vanilla ice cream.
