Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.


Tortino di Tonno Affumicato

Creamy and mild ricotta cheese seasoned dill, chives and a touch of garlic. Wrapped in thinly sliced smoked tuna. Topped with roe and drizzled with a citrus dressing.

Grigliata Mare e Monti

From the grill; Fillet of beef, chicken, tigerprawn and scallop placed on a scewer with mixed vegetables. Topped with a homemade aromatic olive oil and garlic dressing with lemon, oregano, chopped parsley, diced red onions and a touch of chili. Served with rustic ovenbaked potatoes in white wine and rosemary.

Semifreddo con Pesche e Amaretti

Italian semifreddo made from mascarpone cheese and cream with fresh peach, a pure' of peach and crushed amaretti biscuits. Topped with very finely chopped pistacchio nuts and a dark chocholate sauce
