Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.


Insalata di Gamberoni e Cannellini

Marinated tiger prawns in olive oil, lemon and lime on a delicate salad of cannellini beans, wild fennel, shallots and freshly chopped tomatoes.

Costata di Vitello al Chianti

Tender and meaty vealchop from the grill topped with an aromatic Chianti red wine sauce seasoned generously with fresh sage, rosemary, thyme and garlic. Served with seasonal greens and rustic ovenbaked potatoes.

Delizia al Limone

A classic homemade dessert with origin from the Amalfi coast.  Made with light and airy sponge and layered with Chantilly cream, a tangy lemon cream and topped with meringue.
