An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Salmone Marinato

Fresh salmon marinated in white wine and extra virgin olive oil, with plenty of fresh herbs, and touch of garlic and chili. Served with pink peppercorns, a crisp fennel and rocket salat and toasted home baked bread.

Filetto di Maiale all’aceto Balsamico

Medallions of pork wrapped in pancetta bacon, panfried and topped with a balsamic and honey reduction. Served with seasonal vegetables and oven baked potatoes.

Torta Mimosa

Homemade traditional Italian sponge cake layered with a “creme chantilly” made of cream, icing sugar and vanilla, as well as sweet pineapple and lemon zest.
