Polpette di Tonno su Maionese di Avocado
Fresh tuna mixed with pecorino cheese, egg, bread, dill and lemon zest, formed into balls and deep-fried. Served with a delicate avocado-mayo.
Grigliata Mista Ravello
A skewer of grilled sirloin and tenderloin of beef, chicken breast and king prawn, with zucchini, pepper and cherry tomato, laid over a salsa verde (of bread, parsley, vinegar, capers, anchovies, egg yolk and olive oil). Lastly drizzled with orange infused olive oil and served with oven baked potatoes.
Cremoso alla Fragola
A sweetened mascarpone crème laid over a strawberry coulis and pistachio crumble. Topped with fresh strawberries marinated in Grand Marnier.
