An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Polpette alla pugliese

Classics apulian meat balls made from minced beef with garlic, pecorino cheese, parsley, breadcrumbs and eggs. Served with a marinara sauce ( tomato and oregano ) and buffalo mozzarella mousse.

Vitello con mele e uva

Char grilled veal steak, marinated in grape juice, rosmary and sage.Served with caramelized apples and grapes sauce.

Bavarese agli agrumi

Orange and lemon mousse, on a biscuit base with sicilian red oranges coulis.
