Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.


Salmone agli Agrumi

Colourful salmon tartar and avocado layered with seasonal crispy greens and a herb and citrus mayo.

Grigliata Mista Ravello

Mixed grill with sirloin and fillet of beef, breast of chicken and lamb cutlet topped with a course and tasty olive oil and citrus dressing with fennel, mixed peppers, celery and onions.  On the side a Salsa Verde, oven roasted potatoes and seasonal greens.

Torta Caprese

Traditional homemade chocolate and almond cake from the island of Capri, served with Hazelnut ice cream.
