An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Crema di Funghi

A cream of mushroom, leek and potato topped with crispy homemade garlic croutons and sautéed Enoki mushrooms with fresh herbs.

Bistecca Toscana

A rustic dish with tender and juicy grilled entrecote, placed over cannellini beans sautéed with pancetta bacon and sweet red onion. Served with a Chianti red wine reduction and rosemary roasted potatoes.

Panna Cotta doppio Cioccolato

A classic homemade Italian cream dessert with dark and white chocolate. Topped with chopped hazelnuts and rum marinated cherries.
