An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Rombo farcito al salmone

Oven baked filet of halibut filled with a compost of fresh salmon, garlic, onions, dill, and pecorino cheese. Served on a cream of scampi

Filetto alla Rossini

Grilled fillet of beef wrapped in bacon, with an aromatic red wine sauce and topped with duck liver mousse. Served with rustic oven baked potatoes with thyme rosemary and white wine and vegetables.

Profiteroles al cioccolato

Crispy hollow pastry balls filled with a cream Chantilly then drizzled with chocolate sauce.
