Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.


Insalata di gamberi e cannellini

Marinated tiger prawns in olive oil, lemon and lime on a salad of cannellini beans with crisp wild fennel, shallots and freshly chopped tomatoes.


Filetto al barolo

Fillet of beef wrapped in bacon. Served with a Barolo sauce and topped with  duck mousse.


Tiramisu di fragola

Homemade traditional Tiramisu with a summer twist. Made with ladyfingers soaked in Limoncello liquor, layered with strawberries and a cream of Mascarpone.
