An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Vellutata Mari e Monti

A velvety cream of potato soup topped with panfried porcini mushrooms and giant prawns.  Drizzled lightly with a Sorrento lemon infused olive oil.

Fagiano all’arancia

Panfried succulent breast of pheasant wrapped in pancetta bacon.  Topped with a light and delicate orange sauce. Served with seasonal greens and rustic oven baked potatoes in white wine, garlic and rosemary.

Profiterole al Cioccolato

Homemade profiterole bigne’ with a Chantilly cream.  Topped with melted dark chocolate.
