Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.


Tortino di pollo e zucchine.

Sliced chicken breast pie with mint, lemon zest, pecorino cheese, courgettes, eggs and breadcrumbs. Served on a cream of red peppers.

Mille foglie di manzo

Grilled slices of sirloin steak layered with truffle infused potatoes and porcini mushrooms. Drizzled with balsamic vinegar reduction

Torta Caprese

Traditional home made chocolate and almond cake from the island of capri. served with pistachio ice cream.
