Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.


Insalata di Gamberoni e Cannellini

Marinated tiger prawns in olive oil, lemon and lime, placed on a salad of cannellini beans with crisp wild fennel, shallots and freshly chopped tomatoes.

Bistecca dello Chef

Grilled sirloin steak topped with a rich red wine sauce infused with thyme, rosemary and star anise. Served with pear poached in red wine, vegetables of the season and rustic oven baked potatoes.

Tiramisu di Fragole

Homemade traditional Tiramisu with a summer twist. Made with ladyfingers soaked in Limoncello liquor, and layered with strawberries and a cream of Mascarpone.
