King prawns and Scallops gratinated in the oven with zucchini julienne, garlic and golden breadcrumbs.
Stinco di agnello alle Erbe
Tender lamb shank slowcooked in the oven with red wine, carrots, onion, rosemary and thyme. Served on mash potatoes with sauteed mushrooms in balsamic vinegar.
Torta Sinfonia di Cioccolata
White and dark chocolate mousse layered on top of a dark chocolate sponge cake, glazed and served with a mango and passionfruit coulis.
