An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Vitello tonnato

A cold dish with thinly sliced fillet of veal on a bed of salad. Topped with a creamy sauce made with tuna, capers, anchovies, lemon and a touch of mustard.

 

Saltimbocca alla romana

Veal  escalopes topped with parmaham and fresh aromatic sage. Panfried in white wine and butter with a hint of garlic.

 

Torta Mimosa

Homemade traditional Italian sponge cake layered with a “creme chantilly” made of cream, icing sugar and vanilla, as well as sweet pineapple and lemon zest.
