An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Risotto con cozze e patate

Risotto with fresh mussels and potatoes. Served on a cream of broad beans and pecorino cheese.

Guancie di maiale con nocciole e zafferano

Pork cheek marinated in red wine,pears, cinnamon and plumbs . Slow cooked. Served with a hazelnuts and saffron sauce.

Pastiera Napoletana

a home made traditional neapolitan tarte made of cooked wheet, eggs, ricotta cheese and flavoured with orange flower water. Served with an orange coulis and vanilla icecream.
