Tortino di salmone

Creamy soft cheese mixed with. prawns, chives, dill and garlic, wrapped in smoked salmon. Served with a citrus dressing

Filetto al barolo

Grilled fillet of beef wrapped in bacon. Served with a barolo sauce, vegetables of the season and oven roasted potatoes.

 

Semifreddo al torroncino

Cream of nougat semifreddo.
