Carpaccio di Salmone
Marinated salmon served on a salad of orange, grapefruit, fennel, radish and taggiasche olives. Topped with citrus dressing
A skewer of grilled filet of beef, ribeye, italian sausage, chicken breast and king prawn. Served with a courgette pesto and oven baked potatoes.
Tartufo al cioccolato
Italian “truffel” made with creamy vanilla and chocolate ice cream covered in a dark and rich cocoa. Topped with Sambuca and flamed at your tabe (if you wish).
