An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.

Fresh salmon mixed with lemon zest, bread and fresh parsley. Served with Tzatziki sauce.

AGNELLO ALLA MENTA

Lamb cutlets topped with a lemon, white wine, fresh mint and garlic sauce.

TORTA AL CARAMELLO SALATO

Dark chocolate cream with a bottom of salty caramel sprinkled with caramelized hazelnut.
