Menu of the month

An opportunity to let us take you on a culinary journey in the form of a menu planned by our head chef. The menu is often inspired by specific food and wine traditions and customs of a chosen Italian region and always with the use of the best seasonal produce.


Gnocchi del bosco

Homemade gnocchi with potatoes, flour and egg yolk, served with sauteed porcini mushrooms and a creamy truffle sauce. Topped with flakes of grana padano and fresh chives.

Vitello alla Romana

Calf fillet roulade with parma ham and sage. Served with a white wine, garlic and veal base sauce and crunchy sage and semi dried cherry tomatoes.

Crespella al cioccolato e banana

Home made crepes served with chocolate cream and caramelized bananas.
