Cestino di Pollo Primavera

Homemade basket from filo pastry with a delicious filling of chicken, celery and finely chopped red onions in a zesty lemon and orange infused mayo.

Bistecca dello Chef

Grilled sirloin steak topped with a rich red wine sauce with poached pear, garlic, rosemary, thyme and star anis.  Served with seasonal vegetables and oven baked potatoes.

Torta di Cioccolata Esotica

Homemade chocolate sponge cake layered with a light and airy chocolate mousse.  Served with a passionfruit coulis with fresh mango.
