NEW YEARS EVE MENU

This year we offer an exciting New Year's eve menu available out of the house. 

STARTER

Cheese cake al salmone

Fennikel taralli base with ricotta cheese, soft cheese and goat cheese. Topped with marinated salmon with pink pepper.

MAIN COURSE

Filetto di manzo al pinot nero

Grilled tenderloin of beef wrapped in bacon. Served with a pinot noir wine reduction and a cream of broccoli and smoked herring.

DESSERT

Profiteroles al cioccolato

Home made profiteroles filled with chantilly cream. Topped with melted dark chocolate.
